Mobile apps · for your customers, for your team, for your product
Mobile apps. From idea to store
An app your customers actually open. One your field team reports through without paperwork. Or the product you want to launch on the App Store and Google Play. Amazing Soft has built mobile apps in Bucharest since 2016 and keeps them alive.
We have published apps on the App Store and Google Play since 2016, including for Apple Watch and Wear OS, and we maintain them year after year. See also: mobile app development company in Romania.
What we build. Three kinds of apps
iOS and Android apps. Native or cross-platform
For your customers or for the public: design, development, backend, store release, analytics. And for the watch, when it makes sense.
Internal apps for teams. Field, warehouse, sales
The field app plus the admin panel: reports, photos, signatures, stock, orders. Works without signal too.
Maintenance and app rescue. Your app, in safe hands
We take over existing apps, fix them, update them for store requirements, republish them and keep them running, with monthly support.
Who it's for. Four situations
You have customers and want an app for them.
Orders, bookings, loyalty, customer account. Retail, hospitality, services.
You have a team in the field or in the warehouse.
Paper reports, photos on WhatsApp, unclear status. An internal app fixes all of that and feeds the automation.
You have a product idea.
From validation to the first version in the store, with a realistic plan and a clear budget.
You have an app and nobody left to maintain it.
We take it over, assess it and carry it forward. Also for companies in the UK and the EU looking for a nearshore partner, and for companies in Canada and the US. We are a mobile app development company in Romania.
How we work. From idea to store
Understand
What problem the app solves, for whom, on which phones, which systems it connects to.
Prototype
The main screens, clickable, before any code is written. You test them with real users.
Build in versions
A first version with what matters, then improvements. You see and test every version along the way, not only at the end.
Release
Developer accounts, Apple and Google requirements, testing, launch, monitoring.
Maintain
Updates, new OS versions, new features, through monthly support.
Technology. Chosen by need
Cross-platform when you want iOS and Android from one codebase. Native when the app demands it.
Cloud backend, offline-first sync, notifications, in-app payments, subscriptions, ERP and CRM integration. We choose by what the app has to do, not by fashion.
Proof
Published on both stores: the Alcedo catalogue, in production since 2016; the official COSR app for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games; our own Listero, also on Apple Watch and Wear OS. Case studies in the portfolio.
Questions. Short answers
Native or cross-platform?
For most business apps, cross-platform: one codebase, multiple platforms, less cost and less time. Native when the app depends on device-specific features.
How long does it take?
A first publishable version, typically, in two to three months from the prototype. It depends on what goes in.
What happens after launch?
The app needs updates with every iOS and Android release, monitoring and new features. That is what monthly support is for.
Can you take over an app built by someone else?
Yes. We start with a review of the code and the accounts, then a takeover plan.
