With clients (companies). Any disagreement is first resolved through negotiation, for 30 days, with the option of mediation. If no solution is reached, the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction, under Romanian law. The details are in Article 20 of the Terms of Service.

With consumers. Amazing Soft works with professionals. If you nevertheless enter into a relationship with us as a consumer (a natural person, acting outside your trade or profession), the following are available to you:

• ANPC – the National Authority for Consumer Protection (Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor) – anpc.ro, consumer helpline 021 9551.
• Alternative dispute resolution (SAL / ADR) – the free procedure run by the SAL Directorate within ANPC, in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 38/2015: anpc.ro/sal. Amazing Soft takes part in the SAL procedure where the law requires it or where it accepts, on a case-by-case basis, the invitation of the SAL entity. If a complaint sent directly to office@amazingsoft.ro is not resolved, we will inform you in writing (by e-mail) of the competent SAL entity and whether we will take part in the procedure.
• Cross-border disputes in the EU – the list of alternative dispute resolution bodies in the Member States, Norway and Iceland is published by the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies, and the European Consumer Centre Romania (ECC Romania) offers free assistance: eccromania.ro.

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR, formerly ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) was discontinued on 20 July 2025, by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, and no longer accepts complaints. The obligation to publish a link to it ended on the same date.
