For clients who want a signed document. Acceptance by reference (Article 2 of the Agreement) has the same effect; this form is optional.

2. Subject of the accession
The Client accedes to the Amazing Soft Data Processing Agreement, as updated on ______ (the “Agreement”), published at https://amazingsoft.ro/legal/data-processing-agreement/, which applies to the following contracts:

3. Role of the Client (tick as applicable)

5. Standard Contractual Clauses (optional)
- [ ] The parties also choose to conclude the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/915, completed with Annexes 1–3 of the Agreement. Amazing Soft sends the document for signature within 10 working days.
6. Declarations and signatures
The Client declares that it has read the Agreement, Annex 1, the “Sub-processors” page and the “Technical and Organisational Measures” page as at the date of signature and accepts them as its initial documented instructions. The Client expressly accepts, within the meaning of Article 1203 of the Romanian Civil Code, the clauses of the Agreement on the limitation of liability (Article 15.1), the governing law and the jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest (Articles 17.1 and 17.2) and the language (Article 17.3). The individually signed Agreement prevails over the published version only as regards the details entered in sections 3–5.

The form may be signed by hand, with a qualified electronic signature or by exchange of e-mails with the scanned document. It is kept together with the contract.
