Mobile apps · for your customers and for the public

iOS and Android apps. Native or cross-platform

An app for your customers has to be used, not just installed. We build it from the first screen to store release, with backend, notifications, payments and everything that keeps an app alive after launch. Amazing Soft has published iOS and Android apps from Bucharest, Romania, since 2016.

The problem. Many apps, few loyal users

An app that brings nothing concrete in the first week gets deleted. Long onboarding, crowded screens, pointless notifications: they all cost users. The difference is clarity, speed and integration with what your company already has.

What we deliver

01

Design and clickable prototype

Tested with users before development.

02

The iOS and Android app

From one codebase (Flutter) or native, as the case requires.

03

Backend and integrations

Customer account, orders, bookings, payments, subscriptions, notifications, links to your ERP, CRM or website.

04

Store release

Developer accounts, Apple and Google requirements, store listings, launch.

05

Analytics and monitoring

What people use, where they get stuck, what breaks.

06

Wearables and devices

Companion apps for Apple Watch, Wear OS and IoT devices, when they make sense for your product.

Technology

Flutter for cross-platform, Swift and Kotlin for native, Firebase or our own cloud backend, offline-first sync, StoreKit and Play Billing for payments and subscriptions. We choose by what the app has to do, not by fashion.

How we work

01

We understand the audience and the goal

What a user has to be able to do in the first week.

02

We prototype the main screens and test them.

03

We build in versions that you see and test along the way.

04

We release, monitor and improve on what the data shows.

Proof

Apps published on the App Store and Google Play: the Alcedo catalogue, in production since 2016, which works without signal; our own Listero, for iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS, with subscriptions. Native too: CalorieTracking, an iPhone app in Swift and SwiftUI, built for Frost Nova and on the App Store as Cal Count io. Details in the portfolio.

Questions. Short answers

Both. The Alcedo app was rewritten in Flutter: one codebase for iOS and Android. CalorieTracking is native iOS, written in Swift and SwiftUI. We choose by what the app has to do.

Yes, when it is built offline-first. The Alcedo catalogue is stored on the phone, so the app works without signal and updates itself when the connection returns.

Yes. In the Alcedo app, what the team changes in the admin panel reaches phones through real-time sync. A new store version first goes through Apple’s and Google’s review, which can take from a few hours to a few days, so store releases are kept for new features.

Yes, when it makes sense for the product. Our own Listero runs on iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS, with a home-screen widget.

Customers install it. And they keep it
