Company · who we are, how we work, who we work for

About. Since 2016, for companies

Who we are

Amazing Soft is a software company in Bucharest, Romania, founded in January 2016. We build AI automation, mobile apps, brand identities, websites and custom software for companies that need things to work for years, not just at launch.

Where we are

Bucharest. We have clients in Romania, Europe, the Middle East and North America. We work remotely, with companies anywhere, in English and Romanian.

Vision. Where we want to be

We want Amazing Soft to be the natural choice for companies looking for a long-term partner, in Romania and abroad. We have worked with some of our clients since 2016, and we want every new collaboration to go just as far.

Mission. What we do for you

We help companies simplify their work, sell better and stay in their customers’ minds, with AI automation, mobile apps, brands, websites and custom software built to last. You work directly with the people who decide and build, and after launch we stay with you.

Values. Five, from the start

01

Inventive.

We start from the way you work. When nothing on the market fits, we write what is missing.

02

Rigorous.

Of ourselves first. We test every version before it reaches you.

03

Passionate.

We make software because we love it. That is why, alongside client work, we build and publish products of our own.

04

Open to the new.

We experiment with new technologies before they become standard, and we use them for clients only after we have proven them on our own products.

05

True to our word.

A transparent process, commitments kept, promises we can keep. Trust is built at every delivery.

Why Amazing Soft. Four reasons

01

Since 2016. The same signature

The company that signed its first contracts in 2016 signs them today. Continuity in leadership, in the code and in the relationship with clients.

02

Launched in 2016. Maintained today

Apps we published in 2016 are still in the App Store and Google Play, updated by us. We know what software that has to work for years, not just at launch, means.

03

At handover. Accounts, files, documentation

We hand over the domain, the hosting, the accounts, the files and the documentation. You can continue with us or with another provider.

04

Tested on ourselves. Before clients

We publish our own products on the App Store and Google Play, since 2016. New technologies reach client projects only after we have proven them on our own products.

How we work. Concrete, in versions, with proof

01

Consultation

30 minutes, free, so we understand what has to exist and what is not worth building.

02

Audit or specification

A written document, with what gets built, in what order and with what expected result.

03

Versions

We build in versions you see and test along the way, not only at the end, with the result measured from day one.

04

Launch

Release and monitoring. We hand over the accounts and the documentation.

05

We stay

Maintenance, updates, new features. Software has to work for years, not just at launch.

We work inside the systems you already have, not instead of them.

Stack and methods. Chosen by project

These are the technologies we work with most often. The same need usually has more than one answer, and we choose by project.

AI automation

Language models (LLMs) connected to the systems you already use, through their APIs and through MCP (Model Context Protocol). AI agents and scheduled workflows that run on servers in the European Union, and code we write ourselves, in TypeScript, when nothing on the market fits. Every workflow keeps a human in the loop where it matters.

Mobile

Flutter, with Dart: cross-platform, one codebase for iOS and Android, which can also run on the web or on desktop. Native when the project calls for it: Swift for iOS apps, watchOS and widgets, Kotlin for Android apps and Wear OS. Push notifications and sign-in with Google or Apple.

Data and sync

For offline-first apps, PowerSync: a SQLite database on the device, kept in sync with PostgreSQL. For the others, Firestore, with real-time updates and offline persistence: it keeps on the device what has already been read and sends changes when the connection returns. When a project needs something else, we build the sync ourselves, to fit the app.

Web

Next.js, React, Angular and TypeScript for platforms; Astro and Tailwind for fast websites; WordPress, WooCommerce and Elementor, with PHP, for websites and shops. Pages rendered on the server (SSR, server-side rendering) or generated statically (SSG, static site generation), so content shows quickly. Structured data (Schema.org, JSON-LD) for SEO and optimisation for AI-generated answers (GEO).

Backend

Node.js and TypeScript, with NestJS or Fastify; Java with Spring Boot; Python. PostgreSQL with Prisma or Drizzle; queues with BullMQ, on Redis; Firebase Cloud Functions. REST APIs, documented with OpenAPI.

Infrastructure

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hetzner Cloud, servers in the European Union, provisioned with Terraform, Ansible and Packer. Google Cloud and Firebase when the project calls for them. Docker containers, with Docker Swarm, Compose and Kubernetes. Cloudflare for DNS and Workers, HAProxy or Caddy, secrets encrypted with sops and age.

Methods

GitLab self-hosted, with CI/CD on our own runners; automated tests with Vitest, Playwright (end-to-end) and flutter_test; code review; separate staging and production environments; monitoring with Sentry and Uptime Kuma, self-hosted Umami analytics, backups.

Releases

App Store and Google Play since 2016, WordPress.org since 2026. Payments through Stripe and in-app purchases, integration with Romania’s e-Factura e-invoicing through authorised providers.
