Time zone. Eastern European Time

Bucharest is on Eastern European Time: two hours ahead of London, seven ahead of New York and Toronto, one to two hours behind Dubai. Our working day runs 9:00–18:00, Monday to Friday. The shared hours are set out for UK and EU companies and, in a table, for US and Canadian companies.

Language. English and Romanian

We work in English and Romanian, in writing and in calls. Specifications and documentation for companies abroad are written in English.

Quotes and terms. In writing, before work starts

Every project starts from a written quote: what is built, the stages and the payment terms. Later work is added by written work order. Our Terms of Service are public, in English, with the Romanian text as the binding version, under Romanian law. We work with companies only.

Invoicing. EUR, USD, GBP or CAD (other currencies on request, where our banks can receive them), by bank transfer

Companies outside Romania are invoiced in EUR, USD, GBP or CAD (other currencies on request, where our banks can receive them), as stated in the quote, by bank transfer. For companies abroad, VAT follows the place-of-supply rules for services, and we provide our certificate of tax residence and the documents needed to apply the double taxation convention.

Your data. Under EU rules

Romania is in the European Union, so the GDPR applies to us directly. Our data processing agreement, the list of sub-processors and the security measures are public on the legal pages, and you can read them before the first call. Our infrastructure runs on servers in the European Union.
