Do we have to change the systems we use?
No. Automation is built on top of your ERP, CRM, accounting, email and WhatsApp. Replacing a system is the last option.
How do you build GDPR-compliant AI automation?
It stays in your systems or on EU hosting. AI models receive only the data a task needs, and every AI model provider is named in our public sub-processor list, with the transfer safeguards where it processes outside the EU. We design every system for GDPR: privacy by design, role-based access and clear retention periods. If you have a DPO or a GDPR team, we build to their requirements. We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you, with the sub-processors listed in it. You stay the data controller, and the system is built to support you in that role.
When do we know what it will take?
We start with one workflow, not the whole operation. The audit sets which one comes first, and the quote that follows sets the timing for your case. Each workflow is measured from day one.
Do we actually need AI?
Sometimes not. Some workflows are solved with plain integrations, at lower cost and lower risk. The audit says exactly where AI adds value and where it does not.

On CalorieTracking (Frost Nova, on the App Store as Cal Count io), the AI reads a photo of the plate and fills in the calories and macronutrients. It is AI inside a product we built, not yet the back-office agents this page sells; this section grows as we publish the next automation work.
