The work before the decision. What the agent prepares

  • It reads incoming email and WhatsApp messages, sorts them and prepares a draft reply for the person who answers.
  • It takes the data from supplier invoices and orders and prepares it for your ERP or accounting. A person approves before anything is posted.
  • It puts together the recurring report from the figures already in your systems; it does not produce the figures.

One exception, named. An agent that talks to your customers on the website or WhatsApp answers only the common questions, only from your own documents, within the limits you set, and hands over to a person as soon as the question is not a common one. Details →

What it does not do. Decide for you

We do not build agents that decide on money, contracts or customers without a person’s validation, and we do not put an agent where your customer wants to talk to a person. Your people keep the approvals and the decisions; the agent takes the copy-paste and the sorting off their desks.

How we start. A consultation, then an audit

We start with the free 30-minute consultation: where time is lost and what could be automated first. If it makes sense, the next step is the audit, which is paid and ends with a written report: what to automate first, what it costs and what it brings. Then we build one workflow at a time, inside your systems, with a person in the loop where it matters, and keep it running through monthly support.

Your data. In your systems or the EU

Your data stays in your systems or on EU hosting, under a written data processing agreement. AI models receive only what the task needs, and every AI model provider is named in our public sub-processor list, with the transfer safeguards where it processes outside the EU. The agreement is public on our legal pages.
