Context
Pro-Tent is a Swiss brand of professional folding tents, used at events, trade fairs, markets and promotions. The manufacturer has been making tents since 1989. In Romania they are sold by Printex BTE Production, the brand’s official dealer, on a quote-request basis. We look after the dealer’s Google Ads campaigns.
The campaigns we took over had been modelled on other markets. We rebuilt them around what buyers in Romania search for.
The plan

- A Google Business Profile for Pro-Tent, for the Romanian market.
What we built
The account audit. We went through the inherited structure, the conversion goals, the ads and the keywords across the account’s whole history.
Research. We assessed keywords by intent, volume and trend, decided which searches to exclude, and looked at the seasonality of demand and the questions buyers ask. We also checked which companies bid on the same searches and what they actually sell.
The campaign plan. New campaigns, built from scratch around what buyers search for in Romanian, with ads written in Romanian within the platform’s character limits.
Measurement. We set out how forms and calls are measured, separately, so that it is clear which campaign brings in each quote request.
How we work together now
We continue to manage the campaigns: we keep a close eye on them and adjust them to bring in more quote requests.
We also look after the Pro-Tent Google Business Profile, which puts the company on Google Search and Google Maps.
Result
We have managed the account since September 2026. The new campaigns, in Romanian, have been running since October 2026.
