Context
Jedan Couture is a Bucharest atelier for wedding and occasion dresses made from scratch: each dress is cut for the client who will wear it, with fittings in the atelier.
Since 2024 we have looked after its brand identity, website, SEO, Google and Meta advertising, social media, and the photography and film of its collections. We also made the atelier’s brochure.
Where we started
When we took the project on, the atelier was called Jedan Design and had neither a website nor a visual identity. Everything had to be made from scratch, and it had to look the same everywhere:
- on a label, on a business card and on screen;
- on the website, with the collections on show and a simple path to enquiring about a dress or booking a consultation in the atelier;
- on Google and on social media, with an English page for clients abroad;
- in the campaigns, for every collection and every trade fair.
Brand identity
We designed the atelier’s identity in full: the logo and its colour variants, the monogram, the mark, the tagline “narrative weavings”, the palette, the patterns and the applications on labels and business cards.
Website with online catalogue and SEO
The site, on WordPress with WooCommerce: the catalogue of collections, the craft behind each dress and booking a consultation in the atelier. A dress does not go into a basket: each design in the catalogue has its price and leads to a meeting in the atelier, because each dress is cut for the client who will wear it.
SEO. We went through the whole site and fixed what we found. The main pages, the articles and every product now have their own description for Google (the text shown under a result), and each category has an introduction. We added the image that appears when someone shares a link on social media, and the data that tells Google about the atelier, the products, the articles and the FAQs. We fixed the addresses that returned errors, set up caching and image loading, and completed the Google Business Profile with categories, a description and a review link. We also wrote new articles on subjects people search for on Google.
Content. We reviewed the homepage copy, created a “traditional dresses” category with rewritten descriptions, and made e-mail templates in the atelier’s identity.
The English page. Clients from abroad find the atelier mostly through social media, so a single English page was enough. We wrote it in English from the start and published it with PrestoLingo, our own WordPress translation plugin.
Google Ads and Meta Ads
We build and manage the atelier’s Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, around the collections and in the brand’s identity.
We prepare the atelier’s social media content, in the same identity and with the collection photography.
Photo, video and brochure
We photograph and film the collections and the trade fairs the atelier takes part in, and the material is used on the site, in the campaigns and on social media. We also made the atelier’s brochure, in the same identity.
How we work together now
We maintain the site and carry on with every new collection: content on the site, SEO, the Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, and measuring the results.
Result
The atelier now has an identity you recognise on the label, on the site and in its campaigns, and an online catalogue where the dresses take centre stage. The site also has a page in English for clients abroad.
