Since September 2020, Amazing Soft has been a member of Banat Software Cluster, the cluster of IT and software companies in the western region of Romania.
What Banat Software Cluster is
IT companies in the region have been supported since 2004 by ARIES Timișoara, the local branch of the Romanian Association for Electronic Industry and Software, which has built cooperation between software companies in the area step by step. Banat Software Cluster is the structure in which that cooperation takes place.
The cluster’s activities include general and specialised training courses, economic missions, participation in international fairs, pitching meetings with venture capital investors and a map of the IT industry in the western region.
Its most significant projects have aimed at increasing the visibility of member companies, internationalisation, access to European funds for research, innovation and development, and the development of new software products and innovation ecosystems.
For these activities, Banat Software Cluster was awarded the Bronze Certificate by the European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis. The certification opens access to collaboration with clusters across Europe, to partnerships and joint development projects, and to European funds.
What it means for us
Membership puts us in the same network as software companies in the region, with access to the cluster’s training programmes, events and joint projects. For our clients it means a partner connected to the industry it belongs to.
