What systems do you integrate with?
We work with Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp Business, common CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce), Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, and any system with an API or webhook. If you're not sure your system is compatible, message us and we'll check.
How long does it take to implement a workflow?
The simplest workflows are up and running in 3–5 days. Workflows with multiple integrations or human approval take 1–2 weeks. The Business Sprint (2–3 connected workflows) takes 2–4 weeks.
What if the workflow doesn't work as expected?
We test with real data from your systems before delivery. If issues arise post-delivery that are related to our implementation, we fix them at no extra cost. Adjustments due to changes in your systems or new requirements are covered by the Monthly Optimisation package.
Do we need IT or a technical team on our side?
No. We handle everything technical. You need one person who can answer questions about the business process and participate in testing — they don't need to be technical.
Can we extend or modify the workflow after delivery?
Yes. Workflows are designed to be maintainable. Minor changes you can make yourselves (with training from us), while extensions or new workflows are handled through the Monthly Optimisation package or a new Sprint.
