Flutter Maintenance & Publishing

Have a mobile app that's stuck, outdated, or rejected from the stores? We fix it.

We take over Flutter apps written by other teams, update them, publish them to the App Store and Google Play, and keep them functional long-term.

  • App Store & Google Play
  • Flutter SDK upgrade
  • Bug fixes
  • Full rebuild if needed

Situations we fix regularly

If you recognise any of the situations below, we can help.

  • The app was rejected by the App Store or Google Play — due to policy violations, expired certificates or incorrect screenshots
  • The Flutter version is too old, the app no longer builds and the original team is gone
  • The development team that built the app has left and nobody in the company can make changes anymore
  • Push notifications stopped working — users no longer receive alerts and you don't know why
  • The app crashes on new iOS or Android versions — and you're getting complaints from users
  • You need small new features but don't have a team available to implement them

We take over the app and get it working again

Regardless of the app's state — old, undocumented, legacy code or store-rejected — we assess the situation, establish what's needed and deliver a clear action plan. We don't promise what we can't deliver, but we can do much more than you'd expect.

Rapid app state audit

We analyse the code, identify build, publishing and quality issues. We deliver a report on what needs to be done and in what timeframe.

We fix what's broken

Flutter SDK upgrade, crash resolution, dependency updates, notification repair — we work methodically through the issue list.

We publish to the stores

We handle the entire submission process: certificates, screenshots, descriptions, Apple and Google review, handling rejections.

What our maintenance service includes

App Store & Google Play publishing

Signing certificates, provisioning profile configuration, screenshots and descriptions, submission and handling any rejections from Apple or Google.

Flutter SDK upgrade

We update to the latest stable Flutter and Dart version, resolve breaking changes and ensure the app builds and runs correctly.

Bug fixes

Crash report analysis, ANR resolution, UI glitch and incorrect behaviour fixes. We work from your reports and Firebase Crashlytics data.

Firebase updates

We update Firebase SDKs, repair notification configuration, update Firestore rules and ensure authentication works correctly.

Small feature support

On a monthly retainer, we implement small new features — new screens, additional fields, flow adjustments — without needing a new project.

Frequently asked questions

Can you take over an app written by another company or freelancer?

Yes, we do this frequently. We start with a code audit to understand what we're working with — quality, architecture, dependencies, known issues. Based on the audit we decide together whether to fix what exists or rebuild from scratch.

How long does it take to publish an app to the App Store or Google Play?

Apple review usually takes 1–3 business days, Google Play 1–2 days. If the app is rejected, we handle the fix and resubmission — included in the Publishing Pack. Total: 3–10 days depending on iterations needed.

What happens if the app has serious issues — constant crashes, incomprehensible code?

The audit identifies the extent of the damage. If the code is fixable, we fix it. If it's more efficient to rebuild from scratch (or partially), we present both options with costs and rationale. The decision is yours.

Do you offer a guarantee for bug fixes?

Yes. We guarantee our fixes: if a bug we repaired reappears from the same cause, we fix it again at no extra cost.

Can we add new features and still receive maintenance?

Yes. The Feature Support Retainer (€700/month) includes both full maintenance and a monthly budget for new features. For larger extension projects, we do a separate scoping.
