AI & Product Tech Consulting
Not sure whether to build AI automation, a web app, a mobile app, or something else? Let's figure it out together.
We work with founders and operations managers who know they have a problem to solve, but aren't sure yet whether the answer is AI, custom software or a better process.

Situations where consulting helps
If you're in one of these situations, a consulting session can save months of going in the wrong direction.
- You're spending on software but aren't sure it's the right investment — and you have no technical person on the team to confirm
- Your existing product isn't growing as expected and you don't know if the problem is technical, product or process
- The team can't agree on what to build next — everyone has their opinion and there's no technical arbiter
- You're evaluating multiple vendors with conflicting proposals and don't know how to choose
- You have no CTO or technical co-founder — you're making important technical decisions without enough context
Practical clarity, not theory
Diagnosis before prescription
We first understand how the business works, what data exists and where time or money is being lost. Only then do we recommend what to build.
Fast decisions, based on reality
A 2-hour session can clarify a decision you've been putting off for months. We deliver a written summary with our recommendations after each session.
No conflict of interest
If the answer is to build nothing or use an existing SaaS, we'll tell you that. Our interest is for you to make the right decision, not to have a larger project.
What we can clarify together
Common topics we cover in consulting sessions.
AI strategy session
Which processes are worth automating, what tools to use, what to avoid and in what order to invest — no hype, concrete reasoning.
Product audit
We review the existing app or tool, identify technical and product bottlenecks and deliver a prioritised improvement roadmap.
Build vs. buy decision
We evaluate whether it's worth building custom or using an existing SaaS solution — with real costs, risks and a final recommendation.
Tech stack recommendation
We choose together the right database, backend, AI provider and infrastructure for what you want to build and the budget you have.
Roadmap prioritisation
What to build in Q1, Q2, Q3 — based on business impact vs. implementation cost. No infinite to-do list, clear priorities.
How a consulting session works

What concretely comes out of a consulting session?
A written document with: current situation documented, clear decision or recommendation (AI, custom software, SaaS or something else), prioritised next steps and cost/time estimates for recommended options. Not vague next steps — concrete decisions you can use immediately.
We're at the start and have no idea what we want. Can you help?
Yes, that's exactly the situation where consulting has the most impact. We come with the right questions to clarify what real problem exists and what solution makes sense — without assuming software is needed.
We're a larger company. Can a 2-person studio help us?
Yes. Consulting doesn't require a large team — it requires experience and an independent perspective. We've worked with teams of 5–200 people. If the requirement exceeds what we can deliver, we'll tell you directly.
Does consulting necessarily lead to a project with Amazing Soft?
No. If after the session the conclusion is that you don't need custom software, AI, or that another vendor is more suitable for your situation, we'll tell you that. Our interest is for you to make the right decision, not to generate a project.
What does fractional CTO mean and when does it make sense?
Fractional CTO means you have access to a senior technical advisor without hiring a full-time CTO. It makes sense if you're building a tech product without a technical co-founder, if you have a development team but no strategic guidance, or if you're making regular tech investment decisions and want a second pair of eyes.
