Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The data controller for this site is AMAZING SOFT SRL, registered at Str. Serg. Alexandru Cutieru 25B, bl. 2, sc. 2, et. 11, ap. 278, Camera 1, Bucharest 061433, Romania.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us directly, when you fill in the contact form: name, company, email, website (optional), service interest, industry, a description of what you want to build, current tools, budget, timeline, preferred contact method, and post-audit intent.

Data collected automatically, only if you opt in to analytics (see section 5): visit identifiers via Google Analytics 4 (IP address anonymized by Google, device/browser type, pages visited, traffic source).

We don’t use login forms, don’t create user accounts, and don’t store payment data — the site doesn’t process payments.

3. How we use your data

We use contact-form data solely to respond to your request (assessment, quote, audit booking) — legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

We use analytics data (if you opted in) to understand how the site is used and to improve it — legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), revocable at any time.

We do not use your data for automated marketing, targeted advertising, or sale to third parties.

4. Who we share data with

We don’t sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers strictly necessary to run the site, each acting as a processor or independent controller as applicable:

  • Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.) — messages sent through the contact form arrive as an email at office@amazingsoft.ro, hosted by Google. There is no separate lead database — the email is the only place this information persists.
  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — only if you accepted analytics cookies; see the Cookie Policy.
  • Calendly (Calendly LLC) — if you use the call-booking widget, Calendly processes what you enter there under its own privacy policy.
  • WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is processed by WhatsApp under their policy, not ours.

We may disclose data if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of third parties.

5. Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies only with your consent for analytics — see the Cookie Policy for the full list.

6. How long we keep your data

Emails received through the contact form are kept in the office@amazingsoft.ro inbox for as long as the business relationship requires, then archived or deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4’s standard policy (14 months by default), unless you clear it yourself via your browser’s consent settings.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you’re an EU/EEA resident, you have the right to: (i) request access to your data and a copy of it; (ii) request rectification or erasure; (iii) restrict processing; (iv) object to processing in certain situations; (v) request data portability, where applicable; (vi) withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise any right, write to us at office@amazingsoft.ro or cristian.chera@amazingsoft.ro. We respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Romania’s data protection authority, ANSPDCP — www.dataprotection.ro, or with your own country’s supervisory authority.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process (HTTPS, contact-form rate limiting, spam filtering). No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we treat the security of your data as a priority.

9. Minors

This site is aimed at businesses and professionals and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you become aware that a minor has sent us data, contact us at office@amazingsoft.ro and we’ll delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
